I feel sorry for Marcie. Her family gave her the opportunity to do this game and she was out before she left the first country. I agree, Liz or Craig would be fun moles, but they already had an 'old' mole (Bill). It would also be fun for a non-caucasian to be the mole. By my memory, all moles to date (including celebrity) have been white. Time to turn everything on its ear. The game begins...NOW! :)

Hate to disagree with Heather from San Gabriel, but Bill was NOT the mole in that season. Admittedly, he was one of the final contestants, but was NOT the mole.

I have to say, as far as this season goes, I'm rather disappointed thus far. The contestants seem to act as though their parts were scripted, and the "acting" definately seems over the top.

My major beef:

I had read that the producers had "simplified" the game for this season, and I can say at this point with 98% certainty that I know who the Mole is. The producers gave us a MAJOR clue during the first episode, and if you were attentive enough to catch it (wink, wink), it's fairly blatant.

Unless it's a major red herring (which is possible) they fingered the Mole right off the bat. I'll watch, wait and see, but if it really was THAT easy... I'll be seriously disappointed.

But I'll still watch.

Chris of Apache Junction, Bill WAS the Mole in Season Two. I remember because some of the clues they gave away were so obvious that I thought that I was making up stuff!

I love this show and I'm glad it's back on the air. I’ve enjoyed every season (even the "celebrity" editions). Hopefully they sill have clues to the identity of the Mole hidden in every episode.

Yeah, I think that supposed "clue" was a red herring.

I'm more concerned that "The Mole" premiere did NOT do well in the ratings. Come on, TV viewers! Watch this show! It's so much better than what most people think of when they think of reality TV.

I have to say i think 11 is the number this season. I dont know if Im right but that is my guess. I think the mole is the 11th person who got the number 11 book. The 2 poles during the quiz, the book that was held up in the beggining. 11 is definately the number.

I also watched all the mole shows, and I also saw "the clue" but I hope it is not the clue all think it is and maybe a clue to throw everyone off. I thought wait that is way to easy to notice and some things are questionable of the first show, and I think the show will throw more at us in weeks to come because they want viewers and if the show is so easy then people willnot stay watching it very long and be canceled. So I say....don't think all is said and done so fast

I'm glad the Mole is back on. It is so much better than all the other terrible excuses of reality shows on the air now. I think the mole could possibly be Craig. I say that only as a guess. I never watched "The Mole" when it was on before. Saw the first ep of the new series, and it does have potential. I'm not sure whether I saw the same clue that was mentioned by others above, but I did see something that made me guess who it was already. I hope there is more suspense than that. I was sorry to see Marcie go already. BTW, Jon Kelley looked familiar to me, and I found a bio online and found that he used to be a sportscaster for a Chicago TV station when I used to live there. He will be a good host, I agree.

OK, STOP READING if you don't want a spoiler.

It had to do with a different design on one of the helmets they wore in the challenge. Dunno if you still have the show TiVoed or taped (or if it will rerun), but someone's helmet (not saying who) had a green fingerprint on it. The others didn't APPEAR to have one.

I just don't think this clue revealed the Mole. From past seasons, the "clues" they identified at the end were all soooo stupid. It also kinda seems unlikely to me that they would take time out of a challenge to ensure that Person X got Helmet X. I could be wrong, I never am right on these shows...

Not going to lie, I saw the clue too on the helmet. I tried focusing on the reaction of that person during execution and it seemed a little forced of a reaction when they weren't executed. If that was the give away clue and the actual Mole, I'll be upset. Does the 11 book correspond to the marked helmet contestant?

The winner of season 2 took everyone to Vegas..I was travelling through there right after the show aired and while playing blackjack I looked up and they were walking through the Luxor. And they told us how great it was. I caught all the clues but still thought it was the girl last time. I think it could be Craig...wee'll see.

"the mole" is one of the best reality shows out there, but i preferred the celebrity moles... it's more fun when you "know" the contestants and see unexpected sides of them... Corbin Bernsen and Stephen Baldwin were hysterical!

I just watched the third episode and I notecied that on the wall of the locer room were the letters MPIC and i’m guessing that stands for Mole Player Is Craig.
What do you think?
