Peep misadventures could certainly break up the monotony of the usual Power Point.

Marshmallow Peep Mania

I've seen the hollow egg with the Peep center at Target--try there.

Marshmallow Peep Mania

All comments in this section are NOT about 'American Idol', but now let's suppose that the next batch of Peeps resembles Sanjaya. Perish the thought. Let's hope Peeps creates 'Little Bo Peeps' figures, instead.

Marshmallow Peep Mania

I actually had one today. It's called the Peepinator 3000. Here are the links to my three blog posts about it:

The year before that, I did my own Peeps research:

I've been too busy to really come up with anything new for this year, so I'm going to use my baking skills to make some Peeps confections. I'm attempting Peeps S'mores and either a cake or cupcakes decorated with Peeps.

Marshmallow Peep Mania

I got two pairs of cute Peeps footie socks at the local Big Lots store and one pair has little chicks that pop up from the heel tops! They may not be true, chick-like Peeps, but Just Born, the official Peep-makers, do offer seasonally shaped .. ummm ... products at different times of the year -- pink hearts at Valentine',s orange pumpkins at Halloween, green Christmas trees in December. I once dried out the Christmas trees, sprayed them with preservative and attached ribbons at the top to make Christmas ornaments. Of course, I've also hidden the chick Peeps around our office building as a (hopefully) pleasant surprise for whoever finds them. Honestly, you can't go wrong with Peeps. I'm actually using a batch of purple chicks right now to torment a coworker. Try that with a Hershey's Kiss.
