If you're not, then don't complain when the person you liked got sent home. The fact of the matter is, as much as people would like it to be the opposite, we are still voting for who we like, not who we would like to go home. So obviuosly if Sabrina and Sundance didn't get enough votes to even make it into the top 12, they wouldn't be able to win the competition, so no harm done as far as I'm concerned. As far as the whole Sundance vs. Sanjaya thing goes - I voted for Sanjaya for 2 reasons: #1 - he's from my home state it's been a while since we had one - much less two! - contestants from this area on AI (but this is not my main reason for voting for him). #2 - Sundance's performances have been really hot and cold. His audition was great, and then he couldn't perform to that standard again until two weeks in to the semifinals. On the other hand, Sanjaya may not have the strength or maturity to perform like some of the other contestants, but he's always had a nice quality to his voice. He doesn't scream, isn't pitchy very often, and he generally sings nicely. Unfortunately, this won't win him the title of American Idol, but at least he performed far more consistently than Sundance.
